It's a 30-minute video call to talk through your goals, where you need support, and whether Hivner Consulting is a good fit. You'll leave with clear next steps either way. There's no cost and no obligation.
No. Many conversations start with a rough idea or a problem that needs solving. Helping shape the scope is part of the conversation.
Nothing is required. If you have materials that help explain the work, such as a grant announcement, RFP, program description, or past evaluation report, feel free to share them when you book or send them by email beforehand.
Of course. Invite anyone who will be involved in the project or the decision, such as a program lead, executive director, or principal investigator. You can add their email addresses when you book.
If it seems like a good fit, you'll receive a short written proposal outlining the scope, deliverables, timeline, and cost. Once you've approved the proposal and we've signed an agreement, we'll schedule a kickoff and get started.
